EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICY
EXCHANGE
- Customized products, those in which the object was made to measure, according to the customer's order and after their approval, will not be possible to exchange or return, except if some type of defect is found at the exact time of delivery of the product.
WARRANTY
The permanent cover will have a warranty ensuring the application of the cover to the Bible from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
Our warranty does not apply to the exposure of products to adverse and unforeseen conditions, such as: humidity, sea spray, intense heat or cold, natural phenomena (rain, hail...), improper packaging and storage, use of inadequate or improper cleaning products of the product, falling stones from the cover or wear of the applied metals.
IMPORTANT: Products made of stones, metal, wood, leather, fabric, synthetic fiber, synthetic leather and other items of natural or synthetic origin may have differences in tone or color within the same set, without this representing a quality or specification problem. As for the stones, small drops may occur because we always apply extra to the stones.
JEWELRY:
If your piece has a manufacturing defect, you may exchange it within a maximum of 90 (ninety) days (article 26 of the CDC), counting from the receipt of the product, and must comply with the following conditions:
The product cannot show signs of use and must be in perfect condition.
The merchandise will be analyzed, and after proving the defect, we will present the solution within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days.
We will be responsible for reimbursing the shipping costs for you to send the piece for exchange due to a product defect and our reshipment.
If our inspection determines that the defect described in the exchange request does not exist, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
In the event of an exchange that is not due to a defect, the customer will be responsible for shipping and reshipping.
WARRANTY
Since our pieces are costume jewelry, they do not have a warranty.
Special care is required with metal pieces and when handling delicate pieces.
Tips for preserving your costume jewelry and other accessories.
Avoid shocks, DROPS and friction that may damage your pieces.
Do not sleep wearing your costume jewelry.
After wearing them, we suggest that you store them in a jewelry box or a box (preferably lined) or even in fabric bags.
Avoid contact with chemicals, cleaning products and abrasives (detergent, alcohol, acids, hair dyes, shampoo, conditioner, among others).
Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, moisturizers and cosmetics in general, as these products can darken your jewelry.
Never take a shower with your jewelry on. Remove it before showering. And do not wear it while your body is still wet.
Do not wear jewelry at the beach, as the sea air and seawater will ruin it.
For those who live in coastal areas where the heat and humidity are intense, you should take extra care, as the sea air can rust your jewelry after some time.
Never wear it in the pool. Chlorine and other reagents will stain (fade) your jewelry.
Do not wear it when sunbathing, as sunscreens and protectors are also chemical agents and can darken the jewelry.
Store your jewelry in a dry and safe place, protected from heat, humidity and sun.
Jewelry should not be cleaned with products, only with a dry flannel (carefully).
Keep out of reach of children and animals.
Other important information:
In all of these payment options, if the buyer cancels the purchase, we have the option of requesting a refund/return of the payment made. We always ask that cancellations be made as soon as possible and by phone, to avoid the product being sent and generating costs for us.
Once the product has been sent, we will only request a refund/return of the payment made when it returns to our address.
NOTE: If you receive the merchandise and wish to cancel, you will need to post the product at a post office or, when done by a motorcycle courier, ask the company to collect it, paying for the pick-up delivery service even if it was delivered with free shipping. First, ask the company about the cost of the pick-up. The product must not have been opened or used, otherwise we will not be able to request a refund/return of the payment made. (THIS RULE DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOMIZED ITEMS).
